Cooking Class
The Cooking Class invites guests to an open-air kitchen in the resort's organic garden. Together with the executive chef, patrons are encouraged to select and prepare vegetables and herbs for selected dishes, which can range from roasted chilies stuffed with smoked marlin to classics such as Tortilla Soup, Enchiladas Verdes, and Tacos al Pastor. Once completed, a gourmet lunch (prepared by the class) is paired with Mexican wines and served at a communal table set beneath market umbrellas. A new feature this year: Attendees can call in advance to request that a special or favored dish be added to the menu.
