Full Body Training
A full-body
class is a type of exercise class that works out the entire body in a
single session, rather than focusing on specific muscle groups on separate
days. Full-body classes can include a variety of exercises that target the
upper and lower body, as well as the core.
* RSVP required at least 24 hours in advance.
* Minimum age to participate: 16 years old.
* Sport fitting mandatory.
* Bring your own mat.
