Power Flex
Powerflex is a 60-minute, instructor-led strength training class that utilizes barbells, dumbbells, body weight and stability balls to increase strength as well as endurance. This class is low weight/high repetitions with a focus on toning and strength. Don't be afraid to sweat! (Sacado de internet).
