Stretching Class
Stretching helps in more ways than simply improving flexibility. When our muscles are tight, it’s harder for us to perform exercises correctly. With this class, you will help your body to feel and act younger for a longer period of time.
* RSVP required at least 24 hours in advance
* Minimum age to participate: 16 years old
* Wear sport fitting
* Bring your own mat.
