Power Flex
Powerflex is a 60-minute, instructor-led strength training class that utilizes barbells, dumbbells, body weight and stability balls to increase strength as well as endurance. This class is low weight/high repetitions with a focus on toning and strength. Don't be afraid to sweat!
* RSVP required at least 24 hours in advance.
* Minimum age to participate: 16 years old.
* Sport fitting mandatory.
*Bring your own bottle of water.
*This class can be performed indoor or outdoor due to weather conditions.
